With Intelligent Scheduling, Kanoa Ops takes a major step forward in simplifying manufacturing scheduling activities. Intelligent Scheduling can now take over many tasks that previously required manual intervention, reducing the effort and complexity for schedulers. For example, you can configure your plant schedule to only allow production during times when crews are available, minimizing scheduling errors and optimizing resources.

Additionally, Intelligent Scheduling introduces conflict management, allowing schedulers to determine how overlapping production events are resolved. This feature helps avoid production bottlenecks, keeping operations running smoothly.

Marquees: KPIs at a Glance

Keeping production teams informed is critical, and our new Marquees feature makes it easy to display key metrics throughout the facility. The kanoaMarquee project provides everything you need to set up large displays—like TVs on the shop floor—that automatically rotate through your key MES KPI dashboards. This means your teams always have easy access to the most important data, enhancing transparency and facilitating better decision-making.
