Implementation Assurance is separate from Kanoa’s product support.

Product Support (for everyone): Anyone can use our Support Portal to report bugs, request features, and ask product-level questions about Kanoa MES.

Maintenance & Support (for customers): Active maintenance customers receive upgrade protection and priority within our support channels for product issues and requests per our Support Policy.
Implementation Assurance is different: it is a fixed-price professional services engagement focused on helping a team deliver a specific implementation—through expert guidance, reviews, targeted enablement, and hands-on engineering support when needed.
You do not need Implementation Assurance to access Kanoa’s normal support channels, report product issues, or get help with standard product questions. Implementation Assurance is for projects that benefit from deeper, structured involvement from Kanoa’s experts—especially early in an initiative or during high-risk moments.
